Hive automatically creates or includes delivery slips, shipping labels, packing lists, GS1 labels, and customs documents (when applicable) for your orders if the shipment is organized via Hive delivery or freight services. If you organize a pick-up for your order, then Hive only creates the GS1 labels, packing lists, and delivery slips.
Hive adds a packing list, a delivery slip, and GS1 labels to every B2B order and the necessary customs documents if the shipment is organized via Hive delivery or freight services.
If you organize your shipment, please make sure to provide all necessary customs documents. If correct documents are not added, Hive is not liable for the delay in orders or if the order is stuck in customs clearance.
Once the order is packed, you can find the documents created by Hive directly in the Hive App. To find it, follow these steps:
- Open the order in the Hive App.
- In the shipment timeline, check that the order was packed.
- If the order is packed, go to the bottom of the order page. In the document's table, look for the document type "Packing list" and click on the arrow symbol.
⚠️ Please note that the packing list document is automatically generated and cannot be modified to add additional information. The information displayed on the packing list is: the sender's address, the recipient's address, and the order ID.
Feel free to generate your custom packing slip with the desired information and attach it as a document to the order.
If there's a specific document you want included with the order, be sure to add it as an attachment in the Hive App. Additionally, provide instructions in the order notes regarding where the document should be placed. This way, we can ensure everything is handled according to your preferences.
