When something looks wrong

If you notice unexpected packing behavior:

1. Check Product Groups.
2. Verify whether a rule exists.
3. Confirm the packaging is activated in Portfolio.
4. Review Predictions for recent trends.
5. Report incorrect SKU dimensions if needed.
