When an order is being packed, Hive displays one suggested outer packaging option.
The logic works as follows:
1. If your rule for the exact order combination exists → the rule determines the suggestion.
2. If no rule exists → Hive uses historical packing data (last ~30 days) to predict the best option.
3. If the packer does not use the suggestion → they must select a reason (e.g., too big, too small) before choosing another option.
This feedback improves prediction quality over time.
