If the pictures and processing of the returned SKUs do not match the SKUs in the original order, there are mainly 2 possibilites:
1. The return was incorrectly assigned to another order with similar details. Most of the time this is due to the original label being damaged, having no order reference on the label or due to duplicate orders with the same information, additionally, we have seen customers use the wrong return label for another order they have placed with you. If you believe that the return has been assigned to the incorrect order, please contact Customer Support and we can link it to the correct order.
2. Due to a human mistake in the order preparations, wrong items were shipped out, which do not match what is shown in the Hive App.
In both cases, our team has returned what was received in the parcel, so any inventory discrepancies caused by these returns should be spotted and corrected in our periodical inventory checks.
