What is included in the Total Fulfillment Services section?

In this section, you will find the following details related to the fulfillment services provided by Hive:

  1. Order fulfillment (COUNTRY CODE, incl. X picks): This indicates the charge for the total number of B2C shipments that Hive has fulfilled in your invoicing cycle for a specific country. The number can be higher than the orders created, as some orders might involve multiple shipments. We charge the number of fulfilled shipments and apply the rate assigned to the number of fulfilled orders.

  2. Additional Picks (COUNTRY CODE ± diff. from agreed picks): Since the order fulfillment charges do not include any pick, each pick is invoiced separately according to the price mentioned in your contract.
  3. Storage Locations: This includes the storage areas used for your SKUs in our fulfillment centers:
    1. Honeypot (Pallet per month) 
    2. Workerbee (Box Size L per month) 
    3. Bumblebee (Box Size M per month) 
    4. Babybee (Box Size S per month) 
  4. B2B fulfillment: This includes the different charges for the fulfillment of B2B orders, as per your contract.
    1. B2B fulfillment (COUNTRY CODE per SKU) 
    2. B2B fulfillment (COUNTRY CODE per order) 
    3. B2B item ranges fulfillment (COUNTRY CODE, quantity of items bucket) 
    4. Pallet Processing

  5. Extra Tasks*: Additional manual tasks performed outside of Hive standard processes, billed per hour.

    2. Inventory Extra Tasks

    3. Returns Extra Tasks

    4. Restocking Extra Tasks

  6. Kitting: This indicates the kitting tasks performed and billed per hour. 
  7. Return Handling: This includes the fees for processing returns:
    1. Returns Handling (COUNTRY CODE): Return base price
    2. Returns Handling (COUNTRY CODE per line_item):  Return price per item
  8. Serial number tracking
