What is included in the Total Delivery Services section?
This section provides details about the delivery shipments for the orders fulfilled by Hive. It includes:
- Delivery methods: The shipping methods used for the fulfilled orders in that month (both B2C and B2B shipments, dispatched via carrier, not via freight), followed by the countries of origin and destination, along with the weight bucket. These details determine different charges for each parcel. The format is the following:
- Shipping method / [ORIGIN COUNTRY ➡ DESTINATION COUNTRY] (weight bucket).

- Total shipments per method: The second column (Quantity) indicates the number of shipments for each shipping method/destination/weight.
- Return fees: This indicates the surcharges applied by carriers for initiating passive returns.
- Remote fees: This indicates the additional fees applied by carriers for reaching remote areas. The list of postal codes affected by the surcharge is can be found in your Hive Delivery contract.
- Oversized fees: This indicates the additional fees applied by carriers for voluminous parcels exceeding specific dimensions, as mentioned in your Hive Delivery contract.
Peak surcharges: This indicates the additional fees applied by carriers during periods of high demand, as mentioned in your Hive Delivery contract.
