What is included in the Total SaaS & Partners Services section?

This section covers the software and partner services, including:

  1. Hive App (COUNTRY CODE, per order): This indicates the Hive subscription fees, detailed in your contract under Software.
  2. Account Fee (per month): Monthly invoiced Hive setup fee, based on your current plan, to be found in your contract under Hive setup.
  3. Customer Portal (Tracking) (COUNTRY CODE, per order): If activated, this indicates the per order fee for Customer Portal - Tracking.
  4. Customer Portal (Return) (COUNTRY CODE, per order): If activated, this indicates the per order fee for Customer Portal - Returns.
  5. Hive Pan-EU (COUNTRY CODE, per order): If activated, this indicates the PAN-EU program fees per order.

Delivery Promise (COUNTRY CODE, per order): If activated, this indicates the Delivery Promise fees per order
