If you'd like to choose a different carrier from the default for a specific order, you can edit the order directly in the Hive App.
You can only edit the carrier of national orders with the 'Fulfillment Status' as 'Open'. Once the order is in fulfillment, you cannot change the carrier, as the order will be shipped soon.
How to edit the carrier on the Hive App
To. change the carrier, follow these steps:
- Find the order you wish to change and go to the order details page
- At the top of the page, you will see the 'Expected Carrier'
- Click on the pencil icon next to the 'Expected Carrier' field
- In the pop-up window, choose the carrier from the drop-down and click 'Change carrier'
- The order will update, and you will see the new carrier in the 'Expected Carrier'

You may see a pop-up to create a ticket for the Customer Support team to change the carrier for you:
In this case, provide the details of the carrier to which you would like the Customer Support team to change the order. We recommend putting the order on hold to avoid having it shipped while the carrier change is being made.
Express method
It is important to note that phone numbers are mandatory with all express methods, and missing one will raise an issue, ultimately delaying the shipping of your order. Some carriers will only accept phone numbers from the country to which the order is being shipped. For example, some carriers in Spain can only process orders with Spanish numbers and cannot process an order with a French number.
