For more flexible delivery options, consider the AVIS service. This service entails that the forwarder will reach out to the recipient warehouse, and they will agree on a date and a time slot to deliver the order. Hive will not be dealing with the booking of the appointment, it will be the forwarder in alignment with the recipient based on available capacities and time slots. Here's how to proceed:
- Confirm the contact information and create a B2B order request via Hive App: Provide delivery contact details in the order notes in the Hive App, including phone number, email address, and booking reference (if applicable).
- Flexible delivery: The forwarder may deliver earlier if possible, depending on delivery slot availability
- Opening days: If your delivery location is not open from Monday to Friday, provide these details.
- Opening hours: If your delivery location has specific hours other than 9 AM to 4 PM, provide these details.
Fix delivery booking service
Fix delivery booking is ideal when you have a need for a guaranteed delivery date. Here's how to proceed:
- Confirm the Delivery Date and Create a B2B order request via Hive App: You can confirm a specific delivery date to your recipients taking into consideration the order preparation timeline below. Add this fix delivery date in the the order notes on the Hive App.
- No Rescheduling to Earlier Dates: Once the delivery date is set, it cannot be changed to an earlier date. Ensure the date meets your needs.
