We have a dedicated returns team to process your returns and upload details of the return to the Hive App. To process returns quickly, we have automated guidelines depending on the condition of the return. Please set up your return settings to ensure your returns are handled as you would like.
We will apply default return settings if you do not apply return settings.
The handling of the return is defined by the condition of the return:
- Condition A: Unused and in original packaging
- Condition B: Unused with missing/damaged packaging
- Condition C: Used or damaged
You have the following options per condition:
- Restock: The SKU will be restocked and shipped again. Please note that we cannot restock an SKU under an SKU different from the one originally in the order.
- Dispose: The SKU will be disposed of. Please note that we cannot retrieve the SKU once it has been disposed of.
- Sendbacks: The SKU will be placed in a large box of mixed SKUs. The units in your Sendbacks SKU will be collected and shipped monthly to your Sendbacks address.

Setting up Sendbacks
Sendbacks are usually used by brands to ship used and damaged products to their offers or a returns refurbisher. To use Sendbacks, you must create the Sendbacks SKU in your shop platform. The SKU needs to be called:
- SKU Name: [YOUR BRAND NAME] Sendbacks
- SKU ID: [YOUR BRAND NAME]_Sendbacks
Once you have created your Sendbacks SKU, you must input the Sendbacks address on the 'Return settings' page. The Sendbacks will be shipped to the address in the first week of every month. Please note that Sendbacks cannot be shipped internationally. Therefore, you must add a national address.
