Announce the first restocking shipment in the Hive App and physically ship it to the fulfillment center

See THIS PAGE for how you should announce the restocking shipment in the Hive App and THIS PAGE for how you should send the products to us. The most important points are the following:

1. Always announce restocking shipments as soon as you know that you are sending us new stock.
2. Send single SKU boxes (e.g. red t-shirts in size S and red t-shirts in Size M should be sent in two separate boxes).
3. Clearly indicate on each box which SKU and the quantity that is inside.
4. Always add the Restocking shipment label that is automatically generated when you announced the restocking shipment in the Hive App, on the outside of each pallet / box that you send to Hive.

‼️ Please ship your goods Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) to Hive so no customs duties have to be paid upon arrival. If you ship the goods Delivered at Place (DAP), please ensure that the invoices for customs duties and fees are sent to you and not to Hive (e.g. by providing your billing address in addition to the shipping address for the fulfillment center). If Hive receives invoices for customs duties and fees for your restocking shipments, they will not be paid. Hive will forward them to you to pay, for which an administration fee will be charged.
