- Those who have a registered entity/office in the UK will have direct representation
- You must have a GB EORI number and a GB VAT number
Indirect Representation is when the broker acts on behalf of a company that is based outside the country of import
- Those who do not have a registered entity/office in the UK will have indirect representation
- You must still acquire a GB EORI number and a GB VAT number
