De-kitting orders placed before the fulfillment center cut-off times are reviewed the same day. The review is to check that the instructions are clear, that there is enough stock and to assign capacity.
Once reviewed, the de-kitting order will be completed within 6 days.
You will see the updated inventory of the End SKU on the Hive App when the de-kitting order has been finished.
Please bear in mind that SLAs might differ depending on the task's complexity and quantity.
We recommend planning ahead and considering these de-kitting SLAs, as based on the above, de-kitting orders cannot be prioritized.
