How do I create a new de-kitting order?
We are working on making the de-kitting process easier for you. To achieve this, we need to standardize it. As a result, all de-kitting requests have to be submitted using the following template.

The template can be downloaded from the link at the bottom of the page. Please fill it in and submit it to Customer Support via a support ticket. It's important to note that de-kitting orders cannot currently be viewed in the Hive App. However, once they are done, you will be able to see the updated inventory of the respective SKUs in the Hive App.
