It takes 48 hours to restock shipments. The restocking process might take longer if:
- The SKUs were mixed in the boxes. In this case, we have to manually segregate the SKUs and restock them in the correct storage location.
- We received SKUs that were not included in the restocking shipment, therefore they can't be restocked. In this case, we will get in touch with you and ask you to create a new restocking shipment for these SKUs.
- The barcode on the physical SKU does not match the barcode on the Hive app. In this case, we will get in touch with you to fix this discrepancy, you can either update the SKU barcode via your shopping platform (or via the Hive app) or ask us to relabel the SKUs with the wrong barcode.
Additional labor resulting from time spent sorting a restocking shipment that deviates from the guidelines will be charged at the extra task hourly rate stated on your contract.
During peak season, the standard 48-hour restocking timeline does not apply and may be extended due to a shift in focus toward prioritizing the fulfillment of orders for your brand and others.
We will communicate these adjusted timeframes in advance. During this period, we kindly ask that you ship restocking shipments ahead of time to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.
