Once the order is fulfilled by Hive, you and your customers will receive the tracking page and all updates to the order can be found there. When checking the tracking pages, you may find there is a delay between updates, this is common and the possible reasons are:
- The carrier received the parcel, but it has not been scanned yet.
- One of our carriers could be delayed due to understaffing or an unusually high volume of orders needing to be fulfilled.
- Due to the unique geography of some countries, tracking statuses may take a few days to update.
- Unforeseen weather conditions, union strikes, or other political and social events could have disrupted your parcel’s journey.
- Your order may have been shipped with a carrier that has reduced tracking capabilities.
- DHL Warenpost, DHL Warenpost International, DHL Warenpost GoGreen, and Deutsche Post Großbrief are not liable for loss or damage and do not offer insurance coverage. If the tracking has not updated, simply create a new order as there is no need to contact Customer Support.
⚠️ Please wait 10 days from the order's shipment date before contacting Customer Support, as any of the reasons in the above list could prevent the tracking information from being updated.
