For Hive to ship your goods, we first need to review which carriers are capable of shipping them, if any special labelling is required and if there are any destination restrictions.
In order to define the above, please do share the information below to your Account Manager, through a Support ticket or fill out the request form directly under this link.
- Name of the product and SKU URL in the Hive App (if available)
- How many units would you store per month on average
- State the name of the Fulfillment Centers where you will be storing the goods

Safety Data Sheet: this document must be:
- ⚠️ In the national language where you ship from
- ⚠️ The document must not be older than 3 years
- Pictures of the product, packaging of the product, and battery (if applicable).
- How many units of this SKU would be shipped together in the same box on average (average basket size of the SKU)
- When do you plan to ship these goods to Hive
- What type of dangerous good is this (Liquid-gas/solid/Battery)
- If Liquid-gas/solid: Net weight of the SKU in gr or ml
- If Battery:
- ⚠️ Test UN38.3 document
- Is the battery a button cell or rechargeable
- Is the battery new or recycled
- Is the battery shipped separately or installed in a product
- Do you plan to ship the goods internationally
