We have a standardized form to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure we have all the necessary details up front to process your inventory request. This minimizes follow-ups and accelerates your request processing.
What types of requests must be submitted using the form?
All requests for the following must be submitted using the standardized form:
- Inventory Move
- Inventory Count
- Inventory Picture
- Inventory Disposal
- De-Kitting
- Restocking Delivered but Not Arrived
How do I submit a request?
Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Download and complete the attached request sheet (an example is included in the sheet).
2️⃣ Attach the completed sheet to a support ticket.
3️⃣ Our team will review and process your request based on our SLAs.
Can I submit multiple requests in one form?
Yes! To streamline the process, you can combine multiple requests into a single sheet and submit them in one ticket.
What fields are required in the form?
All required fields must be completed for us to process your request. Optional fields are highlighted in blue.
How long will it take to process my request?
Requests will be handled based on our SLAs:
- Inventory tasks can take up to 5 business days.
- De-kitting tasks have the same SLAs as kitting (completed the following Friday).
For some requests, these are updated directly in the Hive App once completed.
The processing time may vary depending on the type and complexity of the request. Please note that the SLAs are extended during public holidays and peak seasons.
What should I do if I make an error in my submitted request?
If you notice an error in your submission, reply to the same ticket with a brief explanation of the mistake and attach the corrected form. Please note that if the original task has already been completed, we may not be able to make further changes.
How much does it cost?
The request is handled as an extra task and billed at the hourly rate listed in your contract.
For an estimation of the request, you can submit a sample request (for example, you may request a de-kitting request for a sample of 20 and then mutiply the costs after it is completed) to get a general idea of how much the full tasks will cost. Please note that this would be an estimation and tasks can still vary in costs.
