Please announce a new Restocking Shipment in the Hive App as soon as you know that you will send us new inventory.
To create a restocking shipment in the Hive App, follow these steps:
1. In the Hive App, select "Restocking" from the menu.
2. Click on "Announce Restocking Shipment" and fill in all the details:
- Estimated arrival of the shipment: This field is required, and it indicates the expected arrival date at the fulfillment center. Kindly enter the precise date of arrival at the fulfillment center. If, by any chance, the arrival date changes, you can update the date using the Hive App.
- Shipment Type: Select the mode of transport.
- Courier -> for all shipments sent via a parcel carrier
- Drop-off -> for all pallet shipments sent via a forwarder or cartons sent via a sea container
- Tracking code of the shipment: Always input the tracking code in the Hive App. If your supplier doesn't attach the label for the restocking shipment, we rely on the tracking code from the shipping label to match the restocking shipment in the Hive App.
3. Include the SKUs and their respective quantities in the shipment details. To prevent delays, ensure the accuracy of these numbers. If you are notifying us about labels or stickers, specify the number of rolls expected to be in the shipment. Alternatively, you can use the "Bulk import" option to streamline the process. Providing this information is crucial for us to gauge the necessary capacity and ensure timely processing of the shipment.
4. You can now click on "Confirm as shipped".
⚠️ Always remember to attach the Hive label containing the Restocking Shipment ID to the Restocking Shipment. This step is crucial for accurate tracking of all parcels arriving at our fulfillment center. If your supplier is unable to attach the label, kindly request for them to include the Restocking Shipment ID on the packing slip or write it on the sides of the box. This ensures smooth and efficient processing of incoming shipments.
