Some carriers make only one or two delivery attempts. If nobody is at the destination address to receive it, the parcel will be brought to the local parcel point center. Typically, the carrier will leave a notice indicating an attempted delivery, which should provide further guidance on the next steps. Direct your customer to look for the notification; they may find the notice in their letterbox or on their door. They should follow the instructions to request redelivery or to arrange a pickup of the parcel. |
