A CRM is required when delivering restocking shipments. If missing, ask gate agent to call Mohamed or Jose Carlos from Hive.
Restocking shipments and B2B order pick-ups are accepted during the opening hours mentioned above. Please note that we may not accept shipments in peak periods (Black Friday and Christmas) during these hours.
