There can be a variety of reasons why the order is not shipped yet. If an order is not shipped, you can see the issues on the order details page on the Hive App.
Order is being shipped to a DHL Packstation
- When shipping to a DHL Packstation, the address needs to be in the following format in order to print the shipping label:
- Company name: 6-10 digit post number (Postnummer)
- Street name: 'Packstation'
- House number: 3 digit Packstation number
