B2B outbound orders and Inventory Transfers:
1. Log into your Hive App
2. Click on "Orders" in the left-hand menu under Fulfillment
3. Click on "Add order" in the top right-hand corner
4. Click on "B2B order"
5. Fill in all order details
- Please be specific and provide all relevant details (i.e., recipients' contact details, unloading requirements, delivery requirements, the value of goods if you wish to add insurance, etc.)
- ⚠️ For Hive to provide a freight quote for an outbound shipment, the shipment needs to be packed on pallets, and you must have selected the option "Get a freight offer from Hive".
6. Click on "Create order" in the top right-hand corner
7. We will review your order and release it for picking
8. Once your order has been packed, we will automatically reach out to you with a freight quote
Inbound Restocking Shipments and Shipments between my Suppliers:
1. Log into your Hive App
2. Click on "Freight" in the left-hand menu under Supply Chain
3. Click on "Request a Quote" in the top right-hand corner
4. Fill in the request details
- Please be specific and provide all relevant details (i.e., suppliers' contact details, loading/unloading requirements, the value of goods if you wish to add insurance, etc.)
5. Click on "Submit Request" in the top right-hand corner
6. Our dedicated freight team will reach out to you to confirm receipt of your request and to let you know we are processing it
