Steps 1-5 of the process below are for every integration except with Amazon Seller Central. For Amazon Seller Central, please create a new SKU in OrderDesk as explained here and skip to step 6.
- On your shop platform, create a new product with all the relevant information, such as:
- SKU ID
- Product name
- Please call name as follows: [Your_brand_name]-[Box_name] e.g. "Hive-Yellow medium box"
- Price
- Weight
- Dimensions
- Save it
- Log in to the Hive App
- Categorize the new SKU on your 'Inventory' page on the Hive App
- Mark the SKU as "Fulfilled by Hive"
- Edit the SKU type and choose "Outer packaging."
- Inform Customer Support about the arrival of the new packaging material
- The perfect message could be as follows:
Good afternoon,
I will start to fulfill orders with my new box_name packaging!
You can find it on the Hive app with the following SKU: SKU_Number.
The restocking shipment for this packaging is supposed to arrive on the dd/mm/yy.
Start to fulfill my orders with this packaging from day dd/mm/yy.
