Setting up SEPA direct debit

Please note that setting up a direct debit is required before Hive can start fulfillment of your orders. 

You will find a SEPA Direct Debit template (as a .DOCX file) in your onboarding guidelines. Please do the following with it:

1. Fill out the open fields.
2. Sign the document.
3. Send the filled out and signed version to your Hive Account Manager over email.
4. Send the filled out and signed version to your Bank. If this is not done, the direct debit will not work, which could lead to fulfillment interruptions.
