You may want us to move inventory between different products on the Hive App because you're introducing a new design or you would like to block products.
If you would like us to move the inventory, you must write to the Customer Support team via a ticket on the Hive App with the following information:
- The origin SKU ID and link to the Hive App
- The destination SKU ID and link to the Hive App
- Quantity to move
Once we have the complete information, it will take up to 5 business days to complete. When it has been completed, you will see the inventory updated on the Hive App. Once the inventory has moved, the task will be billed on your invoice at the standard hourly fee for additional tasks stated in your contract.
To make this move as smooth as possible, we recommend that you provide us with as much context as possible on the move to help us as we may advise you.
Please note that we cannot mix products together. Therefore, we cannot move inventory that does not physically look the same in one storage box.
