If you're unable to find an SKU in the dropdown under the "Search SKU" field while creating a manual B2B order in the Hive App, it could mean that:
- The SKU isn't mapped to a shop product in the Hive App
- The SKU is not marked as "Fulfilled by Hive" in the Hive App
To resolve this, follow the steps outlined in this FAQ page to learn how to import, categorize, and mark products as "Fulfilled by Hive."
Once these steps are completed, the SKU will be visible, and you can add it when creating a manual order.
