Hive only considers special packing or delivery requirements if they are indicated in the order on the Hive App. Either with indications on the order instructions or written in the order notes, and not in the documents provided. If there are no notes in the order, we will process the order according to our standards.

The order notes can look like this:

Indicate if boxes or pallets need to be single SKUs in the order instructions section.

Indicate any weight or dimension restrictions on the order instructions.

Add any further instructions in the order notes if needed:
- Ship in master cartons OR pack as follows:
- Box 1: SKU A - 30 units - master carton
- Box 2: SKU A - 25 units - box 600x400x300 mm
- Box 2: SKU B - 17 units - box 600x400x300 mm…
- Add a label in the document “NAME OF DOCUMENT” on top of every box
- Ship in master cartons OR pack as follows:
