You can cancel any imported or manual order while the status of the order is "Open" on the Hive App. Once the status of the order is "In Fulfillment", the order is being prepared and no further changes can be made.
To cancel an order, follow these steps:
- Open the order on the Hive App
- Click on the "Order actions" button in the top right corner of the order page
- Click on Cancel
If you can see the order has any issues showing on the top part of the order page of the Hive App, you can reach out via the Hive Hub to ask if there is time to cancel the order. If the order has not already been shipped, we might be able to stop it from leaving our fulfillment center.
Please note that in case this is possible, the following cancelation fees apply as the order has already been processed.
- Fixed 1 hour charged by the manual labor rate price stated in your contract
- Hourly rate stated in your contract for the time it takes us to unpack and restock your order.
