You can cancel or modify an order while the status of the order is Open on the Hive App. After that, we have already started processing your order and no further changes are possible.
Modifying the "Customer" and "Shipping address"

If the order has been imported from your shop platform, you can modify the customer details and shipping address directly in your shop platform and the changes will sync to the Hive App as long as the status is
Open
. You can also directly modify them from the Hive App, in this case, further address changes made in your shop platform will not sync to the Hive App. -
If you created the order manually on the Hive App, you can modify them both on the Hive App directly. To do so, follow these steps:
- Open the order on the Hive App
- Scroll down on the order page until the "Customer and Shipping address" section shows on the right side of the order page
- Click on the pencil icon, and a box with the previously entered customer details and shipping address details will show up.
- Make the necessary changes and click on "Save". Your changes have been saved 🎉
Modifying SKU and quantities
- If the order has been imported from your shop platform, you can modify the SKUs and quantities directly in the shop and the changes will sync to the Hive App as long as the status is
Open
. You will not be able to edit the SKUs and quantities on the Hive app. - If you created the order manually on the Hive App, as long as the order status is "Open" you can modify the content of it. To do so:

open the order in the Hive App

Click on the ‘Order actions’ button in the top right corner and click on "Edit products"

This will take you back to the SKU section of the manual order creation form

Edit the SKUs as desired

Click on the "Edit products" button in the top right corner to save the changes

Go back to the order and check that the changes have been saved

Modifying order notes
Changes can only be made to an order if the status of the order is Open
on the Hive App.

If the order has been imported from your shop platform, you can modify the notes directly in the shop and the changes will sync to the Hive App. You can also edit the order notes directly in the Hive App, please note that if you make changes on Hive, the system will stop syncing new updates made to the notes in your shop platform.

If you created the order manually on the Hive App, you can modify the order notes directly on the Hive App.
To modify order notes on the Hive App follow these steps:

Open the order in the Hive App

Scroll down on the order page until the "Order Notes" section shows on the right side of the order page

Click on the pencil icon, and a box with the previously entered notes will show up.

Make the necessary changes and click on "Save". Your changes have been saved 🎉

Modifying documents
Documents cannot be edited, they can only be deleted or added to an order if the status of the order is Open
on the Hive App. Documents are only synced from Xentral and if permission is given during onboarding. If you want to know if your set-up is correct, and we sync documents from your shop or if you want us to start doing it, please reach out to Customer Support.

If the order has been imported from your Xentral, you can delete or add the documents directly in Xentral and the changes will sync to the Hive App as long as the order status is open. You can also edit the documents directly in the Hive App.

If you created the order manually on the Hive App, you can delete or add the documents directly on the Hive App.
To delete or add documents on the Hive App follow these steps:

Open the order in the Hive App

Scroll down on the order page until the "Documents" table shows on the bottom of the order page

Click on the trash can icon, and click confirm on the pop-up if you want to remove the document

Click on the "Upload Documents" button to attach the new document to the order.

Select the document you want to attach

Categorize the document that you are providing

Click on "Save"

Go back to the order and check that your changes have been saved correctly

Modifying order instructions
Changes can only be made to the order instructions for both imported and manual orders, if the status of the order is Open
on the Hive App.
To make changes to the Order instructions, follow these steps:
- Open the order on the Hive App
- Scroll down to the Orders Instructions section
- Click on the pencil icon
- Make the required changes
- Click on the ‘Save’ button
