What are the consequences of a missing or incomplete commercial invoice? If your commercial invoice lacks any of the required details, customs may reject or delay your shipment. Hive will not be liable for any delays or rejections caused by incomplete invoices.
Can the items with a value of €0, such as influencer gifts, be added to the invoice?No, customs authorities do not accept items with a value of €0. For such items, replace the cost with the actual value of the goods. This is referred to as a pro forma invoice.
