Setting up Amazon SFP orders

Hive supports Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) orders, and we fulfill orders according to Amazon standards. 

These orders are fulfilled differently from the regular B2C orders via Hive, and therefore, a 0.50€ fee will be applied to every single Amazon order.

To get started, you need to apply for the Prime badge on Amazon. Here is how. 

 

How to apply to the SFP program

  • To start the registration process, go to this page: https://sellercentral.amazon.de/seller-fulfilled-prime/register/welcome

    You must be logged in to your Seller Central Account to proceed.

  • Provide contact details, select your Hive Fulfillment Center as the primary warehouse, and select the product tier you want to enroll in the trial. Then click on register

  • Review the content of the pop-up window, check the Terms & Conditions and program requirements, and if you agree, click agree. You can review all those pages here.

  • Hive has thoroughly reviewed the program requirements and has included them in its SFP offering, so there is nothing on your side to act on at this stage.

     

  • Your registration is complete. To finish the setup, please follow these steps: 

    1. Mandatory: set up your Seller Fulfilled Prime account
      • Done by Hive: Activate SFP for your shop and confirm the shipping method with SFP-compliant carriers. Learn more about carriers
      • Done by you: Customize your Prime shipping template. Find out more here.
        • Set the Hive Fulfillment Center as the default shipping address
      • Done by you: Assign SKUs to your Prime shipping template. Find out more here.
        • Select the SKUs you would like to include in the trial
        • At the top left-hand corner of the table, click on the button “Action on X selected.”
        • Click on “Change shipping template.”
        • At the top of the table that shows, click on “change shipping template.”
        • Select the Prime template that you set in the previous step.
        • Confirm.
    2. Optional: Learn best practices

      • Monitor your performance in the dashboard here. You will notice that the product tiers you selected will appear as “on trial.”

Once you have set this up and your Prime badge is live with Amazon, please contact the Customer Support team via Hive Hub so we can complete the rest of the setup internally. 

Please note that all orders shipped with our SFP program will be an additional cost. A 0.50€ fee will apply to every single Amazon order (SFP + FBM) fulfilled by Hive.
