Set up your branding
Please set up your branding here in the Hive App. The branding that you set up will be applied for the shipping notification emails (if you enable them) and the Customer Portal (previously called Post Purchasing App).
Enable your shipping notification emails
- Hive can send custom branded shipping notification emails to your customers to inform them about the shipping status of their order. You can enable them with the ‘Email’ toggles here.
- You can also preview the emails and send yourself a test version by clicking on ‘Preview emails’.

- If you are using Klaviyo, you can also integrate Hive with your Klaviyo here in the Hive App.
- If you integrate Klaviyo, please indicate here for which events Hive should send triggers to your Klaviyo (and don’t forget to switch off the Hive emails when you’ve set up the Klaviyo emails).
💡If you want Hive to trigger shipping notification emails from your Shopify instead of sending the Hive emails, please ask your Account Manager to set this up for you.
Set up your Customer Portal
Please set up your Customer Portal here in the Hive App. Here you can also activate the Live Tracking and Returns modules.
